Kasper wanted to get toned. His biggest goal was a six pack.

He already ate quite cleanly, and was an active man with a sedentary job, with very little experience with weight training.

After just 6 months, plus having christmas in the middle, this was his shredded figure. We lifted twice a week, and he joined our Mens only lifting club on saturdays. With just these Lyttle Differences in his life 😉 you can clearly see he had massive changes.

What a spirit. She never said no, never argued and was always willing to try something new. Even when it terrified her. Having no confidence in her hand eye coordination, I gave her the goal of jumping over a broom stick. This was a sticking point for a few weeks as she argued with herself, but quickly took controll. Starting off with a small jump, by the end of her time she was making the 30 cm box jump. That is massive.

To politely say, Amanda was a fragile lady in the later years of her life, who had dedicated her existence to her 3 boys (now grown up) and a teacher at a special needs school, Amanda had rarely thought to give herself attention. Man, was I excited and blessed to support and guide this transformation. Ticking off her bucket list of running the Bridge to Brisbane, on her birthday, and has done so every year since.

Sitting all day at a desk, snacking on easy to grab nutrient deficient food (if he ate at all).

With 2 session a week shared with his Wife and less then 6 months of new, better habits he created this life saving transformation.
They now have a beautiful child, and Quintin is very active with regular weights sessions and fun exercise on the weekend with active mates.

It was tough going for a while. Quintin new a lot a bout gyming (so he thought) and we would often clash. In the end he realised he was paying for my knowledge and kindly followed my plan. Needless to say both him and his wife are happy with the results.

Chrystals attitude was second to none. So eager to train hard, Learn what to do, when and why, which as you can see, really paid off. Chrystal was such an inspiration, and bubble of joy, she ended up winning several challenges, supporting and inspiring many other girls to join the journey and is now a Personal Trainer herself.

There are people you meet from time to time, you can see they are destined for greatness. Sometimes they need support, sometimes education, sometimes confidence, but when they click BOOM, they are off towards their dreams and nothing holds them back. Watching Chrystal’s weight loss transformation as she lost 30 + kilos and became incredibly fit and healthy was magnificent to be a part of.

Sam is a machine.

Participating in out Ladies only weight loss transformation program, She really gave it her all.

Such a dedicated spirit, a few weeks of effort, and she was hooked, seeing better and better weight loss results, as her body became toned and capable of almost anything. Exercise and being stronger, faster, healthier and fitter just became part of her make up.

Truely an enjoyment to be part of.

 

Her actual weight loss wasn’t that significant, as you can see Sam became toned and defined, which balanced her weight on the scales from the fat loss. She did drop a lot of centimetres in her measurements tough.

I still remember her first session, in the park near her house.

Walking was an effort, and anything close to the normal exercise was out of the question. It was slow, and hard going but she never ceased to impress me.
Dropping her 10 cans of coke a day addiction was a huge mile stone, and certainly no easy feat. There was a life time of poor habits to correct, with her hole family over weight, and for most of their lives. Cassie was determined not to lay down and accept her ‘family genes’ and suffer the plague of Health issues from this lifestyle.

In just 12 short months Cassie had lost a tremendous amount of weight, and rebranded her attitude and approach to life. Even running the Bridge to Brisbane, the Mothers Day fun run and Brisbane to Gold Coast 100km ride.
I was blessed to be a part of this ladies experience and weight loss journey.

I don’t know how he does it, but he does it well. I recently had severe neck pain. I had been seeing a Physio for close to 9 weeks at least once a week with more at the beginning. After frustration of getting nowhere with the pain levels, my friend suggested TLD, who I had actually seen years before and forgot all about. So after revisiting Daniel’s magic hands just once, my pain had reduced easily 90% the next week I saw him for a massage and I was fixed. Im glad his new business card is a fridge magnet, I wont lose his details again.

‘When I was first recommended to see Daniel I had the usual thoughts that I knew everything there was to know about fitness and training and that there was nothing he could teach me, (I had a lengthy back ground in competitive football and loved sports).

However, right from the first session I realised just how wrong I was, while I had a general understanding of health and fitness, I never truly knew just how physically and mentally unfit I was. Daniel over the period of 15 weeks trained me twice a week and immediately I begun seeing improvements in both my physical and mental state.

Daniel is the best musculo-skeletal therapist I’ve ever found. I’ve spent too many years behind a computer and have ongoing problems with headaches, and tension in my neck and shoulders. As a result, I had seen several chiropractors and massage therapists in my search for treatment. From an efficacy point of view, nothing fixes me like a visit to Daniel – he untangles all the muscles and lets me get on with my work again. From a personal point of view, nobody is as caring about the health of the whole person (mind, body and spirit). At 43 and I guess a typical businessman, I haven’t always made the right choice regarding my body. My family has come first, which meant a lot of hours to set us up for the future and get the promotion it needed. But when I realised I couldn’t keep up with my boys anymore, it was clear, the focus of my goals had changed and my family was slowly coming second best, and if I didn’t do something soon, well, who knows what could have happened.

At a hefty 93 kg, I remember my first session with Daniel. Don’t get me wrong, he was great; polite, supportive and guiding, but with a clear push to help me be better then the self I had become.

But wow, I forgot how much someone could move in 30 minutes.

Now im down 9 kg in 3 months, and I didn’t even have to give up my Friday beers (even though I feel better when I don’t have them). Oh and my boys are starting to get worried as I can easily keep up with them, and its only a matter of time before they have to chase me.
